We are upgrading our internal systems to help our employees provide outstanding service with greater ease and efficiency behind the scenes.
After many months of planning and testing, during the weekend of October 23 – 26 we will transition our main processing system to an enhanced platform. During this weekend we expect some temporary disruptions for customers related to Saturday branch access and online banking services. We apologize in advance and are working to identify, minimize and communicate potential issues in advance.
Today our focus is on building awareness around the October dates. In the weeks ahead you will be able to refer to the sections below to help navigate specific, short-term service difficulties with as much ease as possible.
Service disruptions are expected
Like any major system upgrade, there will be a window of time when some services are temporarily unavailable. We know even a brief interruption is an inconvenience, so we're planning carefully and will update you regarding service disruptions.
We'll keep you informed along the way

This page will be your go-to source for updates as we lock in details. We'll also reach out to customers directly — by mail and email — so you're never caught off guard. And if you ever have a question that isn't answered yet, our local team is just a call, chat or branch visit away.
Your banking will be the same...but better!

Once the upgrade is complete, most things will look and work just as they do today: your login credentials, password, account numbers, debit card and the way you use online and mobile banking are all staying the same. Some things may look a little different, but you won't need to relearn how to bank with us.
For more details, review our FAQs or reach out to a local team member. We're here to help!

Why are you making system upgrades?
+We have been planning for this upgrade for more than a year. This investment allows us to offer you faster transaction processing, stronger security protections and new features and tools at your fingertips. The upgraded system gives us the foundation to keep improving your banking experience for years to come.
What should I do to prepare?
+Right now, simply mark your calendar. October 23-October 26 is our system upgrade weekend, and some services will be temporarily limited or unavailable. As we get closer, we'll provide you the information you need to keep your banking running smoothly.
What should I expect during the upgrade weekend?
+Over the upgrade weekend, there will be disruptions to our normal banking services. We will not open branches Saturday, October 24, and online banking may not work for a period of time. But the bank is working hard to keep outages as controlled possible, and to keep employees and customers informed.
Soon you’ll see information in your branch, your email, online banking, on this page and more. If you have questions, feel free to call and we’ll share the most recent information available.
Is my personal information safe during the upgrade?
+Yes. Protecting your personal and financial information is our top priority throughout this process. Your data remains encrypted and secure every step of the way, and your deposits continue to be insured by the FDIC up to applicable limits. As always, we will never call, email, or text you asking for your account number, password, or one-time passcode. Be cautious of anyone claiming to be Traditional Bank who asks for this information during the upgrade.
Will things be a lot different afterwards?
+After the system upgrades, you won’t have to change the way you do your banking. Some things, like a statement, may look different. But we’ll still be here to help over the phone, our branch staff will be there to serve you in person, you won’t have to get new account numbers, new debit cards or change your passwords. Online banking is staying the same.
We will continue to update our website with the latest information, key dates, and more to make the transition as seamless as possible.
