We’re thrilled to once again participate in the Welcome Home Program🏡that provides grants up to $20,000💵for qualified home buyers to use toward down payments or closing costs.
Who Qualifies?
✔️ Your household income is at or below 80% of the area’s median income limit
✔️ You have a signed purchase contract on an eligible home
✔️ You can contribute at least $500 toward the purchase
✔️ First-time homebuyers (anyone who hasn’t owned in 3+ years) must complete a homebuyer education course
