Like many local businesses, Traditional Bank's staffing continues to be impacted by the surge in Covid-19 cases.  Our top priority is the safety and security of customers and employees. One available tool in maintaining strong relationships during these challenging times is clear communication between the bank, its staff and customers.

  • There may be times when a banking center lobby closes temporarily due to our inability to maintain a safe number of staff members.  Should that happen, this page will be updated as soon as possible. All lobby locations are currently operating on a normal schedule.

  • We will work hard to post timely updates on our social media, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter related to any changes in lobby schedules.  

  • All banking services typically completed at the teller line can also be completed by our drive-up banking team. There may be times when a customer is asked to park as a more complex request is managed or documents are prepared for signing.  All measures will be taken to ensure safety, top-quality service and efficiency.

  • Digital Account Opening is now available for most personal checking and savings accounts.  Click here to review accounts. Choose "apply" to open an account.
